UPDATE 2 - Last days

Our final week in Oz

Well I don’t quite remember how we did it but somehow we’ve managed to do everything on our lists and see everyone we could and we’re now sitting here back in Sydney catching our breath and try not to think too hard about the long flight tomorrow.

The following photo update of the last week shows just how many people we managed to see. It was awesum to say hi and bye to everyone in Adelaide. Thanks to Cam for the tour of the box room at the new Ratbag premises. And going out for drinks with the Ratbag crew was just like old times! (!?)

Looking forward to a farewell dinner here in Newtown tonight that Allie and Bruce have organised. Yay!

Well it is only her 30th?Allie and Bruce have kindly let us hang with them for our final days in Sydney. I never would've guessed it would be so easy at 11pm.We went out for dinner at Hahndorf with Joe and his girlfriend Jacinta (which they were REALLY happy about)We had soup in a bread bowl and this interesting looking hock o' meatAnd lots of desserts. It was a really fun night.See? Fun!Dinner at Mum's house...My bro trying out the DSOn our last night in Adelaide Linda, Lindie & Leigh and Alan all came over for dinner and crazy mumma entertainment... a great way to end our trip!These guys have been together since they were 16 (!) and are the proud owners of 2 dogs.Linda man! (aka wonder woman)We're just a bunch of freaksFinal goodbyes. It was nice seeing my family again before we head off.And now we're chilling out at Allie and Bruce's before dinner tonight and the long flight tomorrow! Aww, Dan and the cat are bonding ;)
